What exactly is CallWise?

Does my client have to roll anything out?

Your client gets their own CallWise organization — with multiple users, their own pipeline and call history. You attach it to your agency's portfolio and see how they're doing: calls, follow-ups, results — so you can advise them on what to improve. On the client's side it's practically zero work — calls reach the system through the built-in VoIP, recording uploads or Google Meet.
